8pm, 23 February 2008, Trinity Community Arts Centre, Bristol

Xtreamlab presents an extraordinary event featuring a stellar cast of 21st century dance music from top draw live guests, DJs and some virtual avatar stars:

- Luke Vibert: (Warp / Rephlex)

- Various Production dj (Deep dub / Spooky beats / Dubstep)

- Bass Clef (Dub / 2-step / Electronica)

- Vexkidy (Experimental / Acoustic / Electronic)

D.R.O.I.D will take place simultaneously in the digitised world of Second Life, and as a consequence of this, across the known world. At the Trinity huge suspended, back-projected screens will show the audience the virtual world of Second Life.

The aim is for the two audiences, the physical and the digital, to come together, meet each other, interact, know each other.

Xtreamlab have been funded under the South West Screen Convergence alliance scheme to organise D.R.O.I.D;
